You’ll pay just $480 to start and then $250+ per month (depending on add-ons) for 24 months to have a professional, user-friendly website without any surprise costs. After the 24-month term, you’ll have the flexibility to continue with us or move your site to your preferred hosting provider.

After you provide us with your branding (logo, colors, and fonts) and content, we will provide the following services to create a Managed WordPress Website website:
- Kick-off Call – We will start the project with a kick-off call to do the following:
- Select a WordPress Theme – The theme controls the appearance of your site. During the kick-off call, we will work with you to select a premium template for our preferred WordPress theme.
- Domain Name Setup – We will help you provide access to us for your domain name. We will need this access to point the domain name at the website when it is completed. If you would rather do that yourself, we can provide you with instructions.
- WordPress Setup – We will set up WordPress and install our standard plug-ins.
- WordPress Theme Setup – We will add your logo, customize the colors to use your palette, insert images, and other theme settings to work with your branding.
- Homepage Setup – We will plug your content into the template homepage layout.
- Blog Setup – Adding a blog to your website can help with search engine optimization (SEO). We will set up the categories and add up to 3 posts (written by you) to your blog.
- Contact Page – Users need a way to contact you, so we add a Contact page to every website. It will include a form users can complete to contact you by email, plus any additional contact information you want to share.
- Content Pages – You need some content for your site! Each No-Stress Website comes with two content pages. We recommend using those for About and Products/Services. If you need more pages, you can add them for an additional cost.
- Legal Pages and Cookie Notice – For most websites, it’s essential to include a Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, and Cookie Notice. The Privacy Policy protects your customers and lets them know what you are doing with any information you collect about them. The Terms of Use protect your business and let your customers know if you have any warranties, return policies, etc. The Cookie Policy lets users know what cookies you collect and how you use them, and the Cookie Notice allows them to accept or decline the cookies.
- Site Review – After we build the site, we will share it with you to review. We will spend up to one hour making your requested changes. If you need more changes than that, we will give you an estimate for the additional time and cost required to complete the changes.
- Domain Name and SSL Setup – After you approve the site, we will update the domain name to point to the website. We will also set up SSL so the site is more secure.
- Google Analytics and Search Console Setup – Google Analytics and Search Console will let you know who is looking at your website and how they found you. If you already have an account, we will hook that up to your new website; otherwise, we will create an account for you.
- Video Training Library – You will get access to our video training library, where you can learn how to manage your content updates.
Hosting
Your No-Stress Website includes a hosting plan (Plan A) with the following limits:
- 5,000 monthly visits
- 5GB total storage
- 20GB monthly bandwidth
Those limits are usually fine for a new website. If you exceed those limits, we must upgrade the plan accordingly, which will incur an additional cost depending on the new usage. See the table below for the additional plan costs and associated limits.

Maintenance Plan
We will provide ongoing software maintenance for the website, which will include:
- Daily off-site backups
- Weekly software updates
- Use of Pongos developer licenses for premium plugins and themes used to create your website
- Termageddon license for legal pages
- Ongoing security and uptime monitoring
- Use of Pongos developer licenses for premium plugins and themes used to create your website
- Termageddon license for legal pages
- Ongoing security and uptime monitoring
- Weekly reports
We can’t stress enough how important it is to maintain your WordPress website. If you don’t do it regularly, there’s a very good chance that your website will get hacked. For that reason, maintenance is required, and the cost is included with your monthly fee.
The maintenance plan does not include content updates, ongoing search engine optimization (SEO), or SEO reporting, but those can be added.
The following services are not included with your No-Stress Website but can be added if needed.
- Additional Pages – No-Stress Websites include 2 content pages (besides home, contact, blog, and legal pages). If you think you need more than that, let us know.
- Business E-mail Setup – We can help you create a Google Workspace business account using your domain name so you can send professional emails.
- Mailing List Integration – If you want users to sign up for a mailing list, you need a place for them to do so! We will add a mailing list signup form to your website and a checkbox to sign up for the mailing list to your contact form. Don’t already have a mailing list? We will walk you through setting up a MailChimp account.
- Custom Training – After we build the website, you need to know how to update your content. You will get access to our video training library, but we also offer optional custom training specific to your website. We will provide the training via Zoom or record it for you. Either way, you will get a recording of your training.
- Keyword Research – Blogging is great for SEO, but you need to know what keywords to use to make it effective. We can analyze your target audience and competitors to give you a list of 100 keywords and content ideas you can use for your blog.
- SEO Reporting – We set up every website to be SEO-ready, but it can help to see how your website stacks up against the competition. With this add-on, we will create a Semrush project that will send you weekly reports on your website’s SEO health, on-page suggestions, position tracking, and more.
- Monthly Task Plan – You will be responsible for making your own content updates and other changes on your website, but if you would rather we do it for you, you can purchase a Monthly Task Plan to get up to 3 tasks per month (see below). If you need more help than what we can offer through a task, we can estimate the total cost to complete the work, which will be payable upon completion of the work (not monthly). Please note that tasks do not carry over month-to-month. Here are tasks that can be requested with a Monthly Task Plan:
- Adding a blog post
- Optimizing a blog post for search engines
- Adding more fields to your contact form
The following items are excluded from your managed website.
- Domain Name – You must select and register a domain name for your website. We can provide some recommendations if you need them, but the cost for your domain name is not included in this package.
- Email Hosting – If you wish to have email addresses with your domain name, we can help you set that up (see Add-Ons), but the cost for hosting the inboxes is not included in this package. You will pay the email hosting provider directly for that service.
- Mailing List Hosting – We can help you set up your mailing list (see Add-Ons), but the cost for hosting is payable directly to the provider.
- Branding – Your branding includes your logo, color palette, and fonts. We prefer to get the logo in PDF or AI format so we can resize it as needed. If you do not already have this, we can recommend a graphic designer to create a branding package for you. The cost of branding is not included in this package.
- Content – You will need to provide your final content electronically. We prefer Microsoft Word or Google Documents. If you have an existing website, we can copy the content from there. Content will be added in the state it is provided at the start of the project, so please make sure it is copyedited and spell-checked. Copywriting, editing, and other changes to content are not included in this package.
We require a non-refundable deposit of $480 to get started.
We can typically build your website within two weeks of content delivery, so your 24-month term starts two (2) weeks after your scheduled content delivery date, as determined during your kick-off call. If you do not deliver your content on time, you might delay the launch of the website, but you will still be responsible for paying the monthly cost while it is under development and will not get “extra” time at the end of the term.
We can typically build your website in 2-4 weeks after you provide us with your branding and content. Here’s what we need from you:
- A signed proposal.
- Your deposit. You will automatically receive the invoice for this after you sign the proposal.
- Branding for your website, including a logo (preferably in PDF format) and color palette. If you have fonts and a branding guide from your designer, those will be very helpful. Don’t have any branding? We can recommend some designers to create it for you.
- Content for your website, including any video or images you wish to include. The content must be in its final edited form when you deliver it to us. If you don’t have any images, you can create a library of images you like at https://stock.adobe.com and then share that with us. Don’t have any content? We can recommend some copy writers to create it for you.
After we receive your deposit, we will schedule a kick-off call. During that call, we will:
- Show you how to give us access to your domain name.
- Work with you to select a template for your website.
- Create a schedule for the website’s build and launch. The schedule will depend on the timely delivery of your branding and content (including images). We won’t start building the website until we have all of that.
After we build the site, you will have two (2) business days to review it. You will send us feedback, and then we will spend up to one hour revising to implement your requested changes. Since you’re providing us with your final edited content, and we’re putting it into the template you selected, we typically don’t need more than an hour. If your requested changes will take longer than one hour, we’ll give you an estimate for the additional time required. That additional time will be payable in full before we launch the website.
When you are ready to go live, we will point the domain name at your new website!
