Return to SmartSimian Submissions
The main Submissions screen is where you can view all existing submission forms. It can be reached two ways:
- Go to Creator > Submission Forms
- Go to Creator > Home, then click on “Submission Forms” in the list of components
Once here, click on a submission form’s name to go to the edit screen for that submission form, or click “Add New” to add a new submission form.
Columns
The following information is displayed for each submission form:
- Name – the name you’ve given the submission form
- Description – an optional description of what the submission form does
- Content Type – what each form entry gets saved as
- Shortcode – a short code you can place on any page to display your submission form
