Single Sign-on
SSO is a user authentication process that permits the end-user to sign in with one user name and password to interact with netFORUM-compatible SSO applications. Seamless two-way, real-time communication between WordPress and netFORUM™ keeps all user account interactions, transactions, and data consolidated. Users can create an account, log in to an existing account, or reset their passwords. When users log in, they are recognized and directed to their self-management dashboard.
Membership Join/Renew ‘Wizard’
Association Engine’s custom member join/renew ‘wizard’ will guide your members through a stylish, step-by-step user friendly join process. Collect personal profile & demographic information, let your members choose packages, committee assignments and even add on a donation. Existing members may choose a convenient one-click renew, or select an entirely new membership package and options.
Event Display & Registration
The Association Engine Event module flexes with your event registration needs. Scale up to a full event management system with group registration, or scale down for smaller virtual gatherings and individual registrations.
Online Store & Shopping Cart
Treat your users to a convenient and beautiful online experience. You products will POP in an Association Engine online store. Payment information stays secure via Association Engine’s Level 2 PCI compliant Vantiv PayPage.
Member Dashboard
The heart of the Association Engine netFORUM WordPress integration is the self management dashboard. All logged in account holders, members and non-members may manage their contact, demographic, membership and organization affiliation information, view and pay invoices, access transaction histories and register for events.
Profile Information
Users maintain up-to-date profiles including options for multiple addresses, email addresses, phone and fax numbers. An about-me section includes name, title, and public biography. Members can make password changes saving their information back to netFORUM™. Members associated with an organization can view their organization’s contact information and staff roster.
Organizational/Affiliation Management
The primary organizational contact has permission to modify organizational information, approve individuals for organizational association, and manage staff rosters.
Payments & Donations
Donations and payments interface directly with netFORUM’s finance module and are processed either through netFORUM’s eWeb or via AE’s Vantiv PCI-certified Level 2 pay page (available as an add-on product).
Invoice Management
Account holders are able to review and pay outstanding invoices, as well as print receipts for paid invoices.
